Our Mission

At Sadler Healthcare, our mission is to pledge a healthy, drug-free and secure environment where participants can experience a quality, integrated and holistic approach to substance use disorder and addiction treatment. In addition, our program provides participants with an empowering educational curriculum and supportive counseling staff, focused on helping participants change unhealthy patterns related to addiction, substance abuse, and other criminal behaviors, with the goal of imparting on our participants the knowledge and life skills that are vital to leading a productive life, enabling them to re-establish themselves into their communities.

VISION & PURPOSE

Sadler Healthcare’s vision is rooted in its desire to be recognized as Southern California’s premier Residential Substance Use Disorder treatment provider. At Sadler Healthcare, we believe that recovery and reintegration is so much more than simply resolving an addiction. We believe recovery is a whole-person transformation that encompasses the individual, the family and the community, which is why our program goes beyond simply treating addiction alone. We recognize the difficult circumstances that individuals suffering from addiction endure, as well as the daunting realities that lie ahead for participants of recovery programs, such as personal preparedness, familial reunification, self-sufficiency, individual responsibility and accountability. These complex and often overwhelming concepts are integral components to successful recovery, reintegration and life after program. In addition to providing the full scope of residential SUD treatment services, Sadler Healthcare also addresses other coexisting factors that have a profound effect on recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Addressing underlying issues related to substance use disorders, including associated mental health issues and behavioral health issues
  • Evaluating associated personal, social and familial difficulties related to substance abuse and incarceration
  • Fostering an environment of structure, support, growth and introspection, enabling participants to feel safe in exploring their individual recovery processes
  • Providing participants with access to primary health care and assistance with obtaining health care coverage, making physical health a guarantee rather than a variable, allowing participants to focus solely on their recovery
  • Assisting participants with recovery and reintegration strategies, focusing on education, healthy coping skills and professional skill development, enabling graduates to successfully and confidently re-enter into their communities
  • Working jointly with participants to develop effective strategies that work for each individual in order to reduce relapse and recidivism rates
  • Embracing specialized programs at each facility, addressing the specific needs and concerns of their respective target populations
